I visited Unravel for the first time yesterday with several concerns, and was not disappointed with the level of service I received. When you walk in, the business is clean, comfortable and peaceful, decorated with artist pieces and plants. It was my first appointment with Jill Packham, she greeted me and discussed my concerns with an attentive ear, fully understanding and planning her course of action, confirming with me if the plan/treatment was to my liking.

Jill is an incredible RMT; she is incredibly knowledgeable, sharing information respectfully and freely. To say that this was one of the best massages I've received would be an understatement. She checked in regularly to know if pressure was good, reminded me to relax if I tightened up and also provided guidance through some of the movements. At the end of the treatment, she provided me with some simple exercises to do at home, in hopes that it would alleviate future problems. I will be booking again. Overall, fantastic experience.

An excellent place to visit for massage therapy. The location is clean and calm, the online booking service works wonderfully, and you get great value for money here. I've only had a massage from a few of the therapists here, but I heartily recommend Julie Baron.
